The firm was founded by Dr. Faisal Alfahad — a scholar of tax and capital markets law, a former regulator, and a practitioner with over 26 years of experience at the highest levels of Kuwait's legal and financial institutions.

The firm began as a capital markets practice — and capital markets law remains the cornerstone of everything we do. Over the years, we have broadened our capabilities to offer comprehensive legal services across banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, foreign investment, tax law, litigation and dispute resolution, and more. Today, our team of 12 or more attorneys and legal counsels serves some of Kuwait's and the GCC's most respected institutions and corporations.
