Tax law is at the heart of Dr. Alfahad's academic formation — his doctoral research at Southern Methodist University focused specifically on taxation. We advise on Kuwait's income tax regime (Decree No. 3 of 1955), the Zakat Law (Law No. 46 of 2006), and regulations governing shareholding company contributions to the state budget. We advise on tax structuring, provide tax due diligence, and represent clients in disputes with the relevant authorities.
