Dr. Faisal Alfahad is one of Kuwait's most distinguished legal minds — a practitioner, regulator, and institution-builder whose career has spanned the highest offices of Kuwait's legal and financial landscape. He founded Alfahad & Partners with a clear purpose: to offer Kuwait and the GCC a law firm of genuine institutional depth, capable of advising on the most complex regulatory, transactional, and contentious matters with unmatched authority.
Regulator. Scholar. Practitioner.
Dr. Alfahad served as Commissioner and Board Member of the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait (CMA) for over six years across two consecutive terms on its inaugural board — contributing to drafting and reviewing most of Kuwait's capital markets regulations, including the landmark Executive Bylaw. This is firsthand regulatory authorship that informs every capital markets matter our firm handles.
