Legal Advisor to KAMCO Investment Company (Subscription Agent). Selected to serve as legal advisor in the consortium managing the IPO of Boursa Kuwait — the first stock exchange in the GCC region to be privatised and operated by the private sector. Oversubscribed by more than 850%. Our scope covered legal due diligence, contract review, prospectus preparation, CMA regulatory coordination, and transaction closing.

One of the most complex CMA-regulated public M&A transactions in the GCC, involving Kuwait's first and largest Islamic bank and a major regional banking institution. The transaction required navigating extensive regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions and institutions.
